The study, which was published by the British newspaper 'The Sun', said that the person who sits for 10 hours a day has an 8 percent increase in the risk of developing dementia.

On the other hand, the Association of Cardiovascular Health Specialists in England said that working-age people sit for an average of 9 and a half hours a day.
